You obviously support choral singing, and you recognize its value. So we’re asking if it’s valuable enough to make a small investment in it. You invest in things you believe in, things that you trust, things that will give you a return.
...to change lives of children, adults and seniors.
If you’ve been an audience member, you’ve felt the emotion of all those voices, you’ve experienced the transporting quality of the harmony. If you’ve been a singer, you’ve felt the camaraderie, the feeling of accomplishment, the thrill of making music. And there are many of us who have witnessed the power of choral singing to bring harmony and purpose into lives, both young and old.
Surely, those are benefits worth investing in.
...because we have a track record of accomplishment.
We staged SacSings! – The Sacramento Choral Festival in June of 2014. Since then, we’ve initiated a program of workshops, organized cooperative advertising, represented the local choral community in welcoming foreign visitors, and established a nonprofit corporation to provide continuity to our efforts. On April 11, 2014, 600 singers will participate in the largest mass singing event that Sacramento has seen – Messiah 2.0.
And all that has been done with no external financing.
All that has all been done with the investments of people like you!
...and with your help it can happen.
Here’s our wish list:
Your investment in the Sacramento Valley Choral Coalition can ensure the continuity of SacSings! and help us tackle those new projects.
If you don’t make the investment, who will?
Stepping up to this challenge is as simple as clicking on the "Donate" link to the right. You will be sent to the secure PayPal site where you can donate via your PayPal account or via a credit card if you don’t have an account.
Or you can send us your check, payable to Sacramento Valley Choral Coalition, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Mail the check to: SVCC, P.O. Box 1247, Roseville, CA 95678.
Either way, your investment is tax-deductible.
