What is it? It’s a bazaar of gently used church choir music, organized alphabetically by title and cross-referenced by composer. Each title has 15 to 50 copies, sold for 10 cents each. You buy all the copies of a title (maximum charge $3). What a bargain, since one copy usually costs a dollar or more!
Why? The church choir music has been donated by several area churches to keep it out of landfills and allow other church choirs' music budgets go farther.
When? Saturday, April 7, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Where? Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church, 11427 Fair Oaks Blvd., Fair Oaks
Exactly what music? We have about 700 titles (so far). Soon they will be annotated, and we’ll publish a list well before Exchange Day.
Now how about your unneeded music? We will take your contributions of choir music (in good condition, no photocopies) only up to April 2. To arrange a pick-up or for questions, use the contact information below.
